Do You Think You Know HTML?

Use your analytical skills to determine why
two identical html files have different results.

There are two web pages (below) containing identical html code.  The "correct.html" version, and the "not-correct.html" version.  Both versions use topmargin="0", but only the "correct.html" version has the horizontal black bar properly positioned at the top of the canvas area.

The incorrect version also has topmargin="0" and other identical code, but the horizontal black line is improperly positioned approximately 1/2" down from the top.

Click on the "Correct.html" and "Not-Correct.html" links below, then view and print the source code for both pages to try to determine why the horizontal positioning is different when the HTML appears to be the same.
